How to Create A Stress Free Day?

Start-Up entrepreneurs want to win the day and live the day stress free, however it's not always the case. There are too many meetings to attend, complaints to resolve, delivery schedule and deadline to meet.

Is Stress Free Day for Start-Up Entrepreneurs a myth?

Zig Ziglar quote "You were born to win, but to be a winner, you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win."

Yes, we can have a stress free day if we prepare and plan our day in advance.

Here are the 3 Tips:

First, Make a Habit.

Before I start my day upon waking up, I do my visualization exercise in which I visualize my day 'how it's going to be" . Meeting with suppliers at 10:00 AM, posting on Socila Media by 2:00 PM, at home by 5:00 pm. I keep a sticky notes on my computer screen so I know the task at hand and strike them out once done.

Second, Choose the right tools.

There are too many resources that could help us in our daily operations.

Ex. Calendly, I blocked slots on my calendly for my focus time so no one can book during specific time of the day. Trello - this is where I montitor the task done by my team. Those resources can help you grow your business and impact your daily productivity. Additional value those are FREE.

Third, Properly prioritize the VIP's.

We have important VIP task everyday, those task we need to prioritize because it can lift the heavy burden of the day, as written from the book "Eat that Frog" by Brian Tracy, it should be done early in the morning before starting with any other task.

In conclusion; we can design our daily life plan and be productive as mentioned in this article, make a consistent habit of planning and preparation, choose the right tools and properly prioritize your VIP task.
